You can submit files to the PDP using API, which allows you to automate your upload process. We build and expose RESTful batch APIs to schools and Ethos platforms via the AWS API Gateway. The data is processed in the same way it would be processed if you submitted it through FTP.

• If you use Ellucian products and Ethos Connected, see Ellucian’s documentation for details on requesting access to use Ellucian/Clearinghouse PDP integration to generate your files and submit them through the API. To request Ellucian Ethos credentials, email PDPService@studentclearinghouse.org.
• If you use Ellucian products but are not on the Ethos platform or are not sure if you use Ethos, please contact your Ellucian account representative to help you get connected and started with the Ellucian/Clearinghouse PDP integration.
• If you do not use Ellucian products, email PDPService@studentclearinghouse.org and state that your institution would like to submit files via API. Our Customer Service team will provide you with the credentials and information you need to get started.
