The Student Insights Dashboard is an optional tool that displays data your institution provides through the PDP to the public in a de-identified, readily accessible, and understandable way. You can view the Student Insights Dashboard at https://app.studentclearinghouse.org/pdp-insights-dashboard/.

Recruiting and Supporting a More Diverse Student Body

Opting In or Out

The Student Insights Dashboard is optional. You can opt in or out of the Dashboard through the Secure Portal.

Any changes you make should be reflected on the dashboard within a few hours. Remember to select your institution from the Select an Institution drop-down menu to populate the data. If you still don’t see the changes after four hours, email PDPService@studentclearinghouse.org.

Opting In/Out a Single Institution

To opt in or out of the Student Insights Dashboard, your account must be assigned the Data Authorizer role.

  1. From the PDP secure portal, select the Control Access to Your Data tab.
  2. To opt into the Student Insights Dashboard, check one or both checkboxes.
    – Check Early Momentum Insights to display your data on the Enrollment and Credit Accumulation Rate dashboards.
    – Check Completion Insights to display your data on the Outcomes, Retention/Persistence, Time to Credential/Credentials Conferred, and Transfer dashboards.
    – To opt out, clear both checkboxes.
  3. When finished, click Save Selection.

Opting In/Out a System of Institutions

To opt in or out of the Student Insights Dashboard, your account must be assigned the Data Authorizer role.

Opting In/Out All Institutions

  1. From the PDP secure portal, select the Control Access to Your Data tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Set or Reset Access to PDP Student Insights Dashboard section.
  3. To opt all of your institutions into the Student Insights Dashboard, check one or both checkboxes.
    – Check Early Momentum Insights to display all of your institutions’ data on the Enrollment and Credit Accumulation Rate dashboards.
    – Check Completion Insights to display all of your institution’s data on the Outcomes, Retention/Persistence, Time to Credential/Credentials Conferred, and Transfer dashboards.
    – To opt all of your institutions out, clear both checkboxes.
  4. When finished, click Set or Reset Access.

Opting In/Out Individual Institutions

  1. From the PDP secure portal, select the Control Access to Your Data tab.
  2. Scroll down to the list of institutions.
  3. To opt an institution into the Student Insights Dashboard, check one or both of the checkboxes next to the institution’s name.
    – Check Early Momentum Insights to display the institution’s data on the Enrollment and Credit Accumulation Rate dashboards.
    – Check Completion Insights to display the institution’s data on the Outcomes, Retention/Persistence, Time to Credential/Credentials Conferred, and Transfer dashboards.
    – To opt an institution out, clear both checkboxes next to the institution’s name.
  4. When finished, click Save next to the institution’s name.
  5. Repeat step 3 for each institution you want to opt in or out.
