1. After you’ve submitted a verification request, you will see a pop-up window that previews your results. Select the “View order details” button to continue to the full results page.
2. Your results are included in a “Request status” box on the left side of your screen. The status of your request is displayed at the top of the box.
The possible statuses are:
- Confirmed: Your verification is complete, and results are available.
- Pending School Research: Your verification request has been sent to the school for additional research.
- Student Consent Needed: Consent is required to complete your verification request.
- Unable to Respond: Your verification request is unable to be confirmed using the information provided.
- Canceled: Your verification request has been canceled.
3. If your request was confirmed, the details of your verification can be viewed by expanding the “degree” or “Enrollment history” detail buttons.
4. You can also view and/or print your results certificate by selecting the “View certificate (PDF)” button.
5. Your results are also included in the “timeline” on the right-hand side of your screen, under the “Request details” box.
