Find out how to query data for a single student on the Clearinghouse Secure Site.

If you want to query a large number of students (between 11 and 250,000), consider submitting a Batch Query File.

A batch query file is an Excel spreadsheet that contains the students you want to query and is formatted to our system’s requirements.

To protect your students’ data, you must submit all batch query files through your StudentTracker FTP account.

When our system performs matching, it takes the information you entered for each student and looks for matching records in our enrollment database.

StudentTracker instantly returns feedback via automated email notifications to users with the ST Submissions role, based on the formatting integrity of the batch query files you submit.
