Host Reverse Transfer Course Detail File: File Naming Convention

To properly identify incoming file formats for Reverse Transfer, each and every file submitted for Test or Production use must have a unique file name. Hosts must adhere to the following file naming convention when submitting test and production flat files to the Clearinghouse: OPEID_UniqueFileName.txt

First File Submission Example

99988800_ReverseTransferTEST05062019.txt

Subsequent File Submission Examples

Second file name: 99988800_ReverseTransferTEST05072019.txt

Third file name: 99988800_ReverseTransferFall05082019.txt
