After consulting with our contacts at Federal Student Aid (FSA), the Clearinghouse has made a change to our logic for determining the Campus-Level Status Effective Date.
If no Campus-Level Status Effective Date is provided for students who are reported in a lower active status at the beginning of a new term than at the end of the previous term, the begin date of the new term will be used as the student’s Campus-Level Status Effective Date. The Clearinghouse has confirmed that our logic remains compliant with federal reporting requirements.
