FSA Announces New FVT/GE Reporting Deadline and Posts Refreshed Submission List
Federal Student Aid has extended the 2026 FVT/GE reporting deadline to January 15, 2027. Institutions that missed the October 1, 2026, deadline are delinquent and should review the refreshed list of institutions that previously submitted FVT/GE Data, complete outstanding 2024–2026 reporting early, resolve NSLDS errors, and confirm all required submissions are complete by the deadline.

FVT/GE-STATS Accountability Reporting Authorization Pop-Up
A new pop-up on our FVT/GE platform requires institutions to confirm whether the National Student Clearinghouse should continue as their 3rd-party servicer for FVT/GE and STATS reporting. This article also provides key FVT/GE and STATS reporting milestones, which run from July 2026 through 2028.

Compliance Reminder: Accurate and Timely Reporting of Graduated (G) Enrollment Statuses
When reporting enrollment to the National Student Clearinghouse, it’s critical that you ensure your submissions reflect accurate, complete enrollment data consistent with Federal Student Aid (FSA) guidance. This includes reporting both enrollment status increases and decreases correctly. Failure to report graduated (G) enrollment statuses accurately and in a timely manner is a common contributor to federal audit findings and borrower record discrepancies.
