The National Student Clearinghouse is introducing an enhancement later this month to improve the usability of our Enrollment Reporting’s Error Resolution on the Web (ERW) functionality.
The enhanced ERW feature will enable you to directly compare the downloaded program-level information with previously submitted program-level data, as part of your current submission file’s spreadsheet download of errors and warnings. This will make it easier for you to work on the Error Code 1568 (Unreported Program) and Warning Codes 1801, 1811, and 1821 series for program-level data points (Program Begin Date, Program Enrollment Status, and Program Enrollment Status Effective Date) released in December 2021 and January 2022.
Program-level data information you will be able to compare with previously submitted program-level data will include program-level criteria:
- Program Begin Date (PBD)
- Program Enrollment Status
- Program Enrollment Status Effective Date (PSED)
- Unreported Program Begin Date (PBD)
- Unreported Program Enrollment Status
- Unreported Program Enrollment Status Effective Date (PSED)
