Graduates File
A graduates file contains data for all of your institution’s recent high school graduates. You should submit a graduates file once per year. The Clearinghouse stores the data from your graduates files so we can process it and generate your StudentTracker reports.
Request File
A request file allows you receive a custom cohort report and confirm postsecondary enrollment and graduation data for your non-graduate students. You can submit a request file at any time. The Clearinghouse does not store data from request files.
