Updating Previously Submitted Records

You might want to update records that you previously submitted to add more complete data, correct errors, or replace or remove information. Before you submit any new data, email us at: StudentTracker@studentclearinghouse.org

Include the following information in the subject of your email:

  • “StudentTracker File Processing”
  • Your account number
  • Your specific request (i.e., which cohort you want to resend or remove)

For example, if you identified an error with the birth dates for your 2020 graduating class, your subject line would look like this:

StudentTracker File Processing – 12345678 – Resending the 2020 class

We would then permanently delete the previous 2020 records and store the new 2020 file after you submitted it.
