The Clearinghouse system generates the aggregate report for DA, PA, and SE queries. It provides the most commonly attended institutions based on the search begin date. The data only contains information on students’ initial enrollment and degree. You can find additional detailed information about each student’s enrollment history in the detail report. The data is aggregate and includes counts of all matched students that meet the search criteria, even if the student records are blocked.

• DA & SE Queries: The record must have a term end date that is greater than the search date. The system determines initial enrollment by the earliest term begin date and considers the the school with the latest enrollment to be the initial school.
• PA Queries: The record must have a term end date that is earlier than the search date. The system determines initial enrollment by the earliest term begin date.
• CO Queries: The system generates a cohort report in place of the aggregate report.
