When your reports are ready to download, the Clearinghouse system will send a notification email for each set of reports to all users with the FTP role.

The control report summarizes batch query results and identifies nonparticipating postsecondary institutions whose students are excluded.

The Clearinghouse system generates the aggregate report for DA, PA, and SE queries.

The detail report provides all postsecondary term information the Clearinghouse system was able to locate and return on your students within your search variables.

For CO queries, the system generates a cohort report in place of the aggregate report. The data in the cohort report is used to populate the Student Achievement Measure (SAM).
