IMPORTANT: Only the billing contact for your account can remove the auto pay option.
1. After logging onto our secure site, select “Edit Your Account” from the left menu.
2. Select “Disable Auto Pay” from “Payment Tools.”
3. Select the account from which auto pay should be removed. Once selected, click “OK” to continue.
4. A new popup will display confirming the request to remove auto pay. Click “Accept” to finish removing auto pay.
