1. Log in to your National Student Clearinghouse account.
2. On the left navigation menu, click “Edit Your Account.”
3. You may be presented with the terms and agreements page, which you’ll need to accept to proceed.
4. On the Account Management page, click “My Account” in the top right menu bar.
To pay by credit card:
5. Click “Manage/Pay Invoices” in the payment tools menu at the right of the screen.
6. Select the invoice you’d like to pay, then choose “Make payment and save credit card.”
7. Enter the required credit card information, then click the “Pay With Your Credit Card” button at the bottom of the screen.
To pay by Automated Clearing House (ACH) or check:
8. Select the “ACH/Check Payment” link.
9. You will be presented with a pop-up displaying the relevant information for you to pay via ACH or check.
10. Alternatively, you can access ACH or check payment information from the Account Management page by clicking the “View ACH/Check Payment Information” link below the invoice table.
