The National Student Clearinghouse operates and supports the Wyoming Transcript Center (WTC) for the Wyoming Department of Education.
PK-12 institutions in Wyoming use WTC to send student records, transcripts, and requests for records electronically. WTC enables Wyoming districts and higher education institutions to send records and transcripts to other schools. If the recipient is a WTC member (as all in-state public institutions are), the record/transcript is delivered electronically. If not, WTC will print the transcript on secure transcript paper and mail it to the authorized institution.
