3. Under “Edit Email Settings” add/remove email addresses in the available field that you wish to receive notifications.
Multiple addresses in the list should be separated with a comma with no space between them. For example: email1@school.edu,email2@school.edu,email3@school.edu
4. Click “Change Email Settings” to apply your changes
We recommend using a mailbox or distribution address vs individual user email addresses for FTP notifications. Users can then be assigned access to the mailbox/distro without having to update FTP email settings.
Any individual user whose email address is populated in the email settings field is considered an assigned user for the account. To add/remove assigned users, add/remove their email address using the steps outlined above.
