On February 23, 2026, Federal Student Aid (FSA) announced the release of its new NSLDS Enrollment Reporting Guide and NSLDS Appendices, which replace the November 2022 versions.
The February 2026 NSLDS Enrollment Reporting Guide does not contain any material changes to reporting specifications, including campus level, program level, and frequency in reporting. There are also no changes to how schools send enrollment data to the Clearinghouse.
The February 2026 update to the guide only reflects the change to the FSA user management platform from “SAIG Enrollment Website” to “FSA Partner Connect” that occurred in summer 2025. This update aligns the guide with FSA’s transition to Partner Connect for the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG).
The National Student Clearinghouse adopted FSA Partner Connect when it was released. FSA Partner Connect is the platform currently used by the Clearinghouse to support the NSLDS roster distribution process for student aid compliance enrollment reporting, as well as Financial Value Transparency & Gainful Employment (FVT/GE) for institution and program accountability reporting.
The February 2026 NSLDS appendices are unchanged from the appendices issued in November 2022.
