Per our terms & conditions, you can only submit an online postsecondary verification request for an individual who has applied for employment with the organization you represent or who has applied for a discount, product, or service dependent on the individual’s student status. In some cases, schools will not research their records for the individual’s information until they see signed and dated written consent from the individual authorizing the release of their information to you.
As the school’s agent, the Clearinghouse may require you to email or fax a copy of the student’s consent to us before the degree/enrollment information is released. Upon receipt of our request, you must send us a copy of the signed consent within two (2) business days. If we do not receive an acceptable form of consent within this timeframe, your request will be closed without verification.
High school diploma verification requests may be submitted only for an individual who is at least 18 and who has applied for employment, enrollment, or enlistment that depends on verification of a high school diploma. A third-party web requestor must upload a copy of the signed consent of the individual to be verified for this purpose.
