How to Subscribe

  1. Contact the Clearinghouse for more information about StudentTracker and to start the agreement process.
  2. After we receive your signed agreement, a StudentTracker client coordinator will contact you to assist you through StudentTracker implementation.
  3. Pay your invoice. For high schools and districts, the cost is $595 per high school per year, which includes unlimited use of StudentTracker.
  4. Transmit files to the Clearinghouse via your secure FTP account. Your account details will be sent to you by your StudentTracker coordinator.
