Accessing Your Report Packets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Clearinghouse sends report packets to your secure FTP account. We send aggregate reports as PDF and text (CSV) files contained in a ZIP file and detail reports as text (CSV) files. We will notify the contacts on your FTP account when your report packet is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access your report packets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into your secure FTP account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Home <\/strong>folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the receive <\/strong>folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong> Your StudentTracker 2.0 reports will remain in your FTP account for 45 days. After 45 days they will be archived. If you need reports after they have been archived, send an email to StudentTracker@StudentClearinghouse.org<\/a>. Please provide your StudentTracker service agreement\/account number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our standard turnaround time for report packets is three to five business days. Processing can take longer for large files and files submitted during our peak season in early November. If there are errors\/issues preventing the file from being processed, we will notify the contacts on your FTP account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
