System or State Level

The Reverse Transfer service can now send and receive data to and from the system or state level (SOI – System of Institutions). A participation agreement is signed at the system level and all participating Institutions under the system must be added as participants. Once the participation agreement is executed, the SOI can send or receive data for an individual Institution. Any changes will require the SOI to contact the Clearinghouse.
