Log in to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Navigate to &#8220;<strong>My Account<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Under &#8220;<strong>Edit Email Settings<\/strong>&#8221; add\/remove email addresses in the available field that you wish to receive notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Multiple addresses in the list should be separated with a comma with no space between them. Users can then be assigned access to the mailbox\/distro without having to update FTP email settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Any individual user whose email address is populated in the email settings field is considered an assigned user for the account.
