Download and save your response file<br>2. Create a Blank Workbook in Excel<br>3. Select &#8220;Data&#8221; from the toolbar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.studentclearinghouse.org\/dataexchange\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabdelim1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1358\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Select &#8220;From Text&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.studentclearinghouse.org\/dataexchange\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabdelim2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1359\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. File browser menu will pop up. Locate and select your response file.<br>6. Text Import Wizard Step1 of 3 &#8211; Select \u201cDelimited\u201d and place a checkmark in the box labeled \u201cMy data has headers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.studentclearinghouse.org\/dataexchange\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabdelimwizard1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1360\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Text Import Wizard Step 2 of 3 &#8211; Select checkbox labeled \u201cOther\u201d under &#8220;Delimiters&#8221; and in the textbox next to it put the Pipe symbol (click Shift then \\ keys) then select the &#8220;Next &gt;&#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.studentclearinghouse.org\/dataexchange\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabdelimwizard2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1362\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
