The new \u201c<\/strong><strong>Lived Name\u201d and \u201cGender Identity\u201d fields will be OPTIONAL<\/strong>, so institutions can choose to populate them or leave them blank.<\/p>\n<h2>What Is Changing?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGender\u201d field will be renamed \u201cSex for Reporting\u201d<\/li>\n<li>These additional fields will be added and visible, but disabled in Student Look-Up and Enrollment Reporting Error Resolution on the Web (ERW) on our secure site:\n<ul>\n<li>Lived First Name<\/li>\n<li>Lived Middle Name<\/li>\n<li>Lived Last Name<\/li>\n<li>Gender Identity<\/li>\n<li>Previous First Name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What Action Does My School Need To Take?<\/h2>\n<p>Your school does not need to take any action.
